Q: I have placed an order, but I have input a WRONG Address. What do I do?

A: Contact us or simply drop us an email ASAP. If we have not mailed it out, there should not be a problem!

Q: What currency is being displayed?
A: All countries outside of Singapore are displaying prices in USD. Singapore buyers will see prices in SGD. Prices are auto converted to the currency via geo-location determined by cookies.

Q: I have ordered and received a wrong size, what do I do?
A: Simply drop us an email or notify us HERE. Within 30 days of purchase, we will offer you FREE adjustments, however, charges to mail the item/s back to us will be covered by the buyer.

Q: What type of shipping/mailing options do you guys offer?
A: For domestic orders, we offer FREE Normal Mail, Registered Mail @ $3 (Tracked) or FREE Registered Mail for orders above $50.
For overseas orders, we offer FREE Registered Airmail.

Q: Will there be delays in shipping?
All shipping & handling are handled by Singpost.
Delays are expected during peak periods & holiday seasons.
Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Exries & Singpost.
Exries SHALL NOT bare any responsibilities for any DELAYED packages.

Q: Are all items really handmade?
A: Yes all items are handmade upon order according to your wrist size ordered.

Q: I do not like the item I receive, can I get a refund?
A: All items except items on discounts or “Omakase” Bracelet can be EXCHANGED within 30 days of purchase. All items should be returned in their original packaging to be entitled for exchange. Additional payment might be required if the design chosen for exchange costs more than the original one purchased. Shipping fees for returns/exchange should be covered by the buyer.

Q: My bracelet broke, what do I do?
A: All our bracelets comes with a 30 day warranty, where we will provide repair services for you free of charge! Simply drop us an email with your issue or visit our Contact Us Page!
If you have passed the 30 days free warranty period and you do not own a “LIFE-TIME Warranty” you can still contact us for repair services, however, additional charges may apply.

All shipping fees for mailing items back to us will be covered by the buyer.
Worldwide orders may be subjected to a small shipping fee of $5 for us to mail the item/s back to you upon receiving your item/s.
